Nei sobborghi di Città del Messico c’era una scuola di volo con una piccola pista. Ogni tanto gli aerei precipitavano, uccidendo sia l’insegnante che lo studente. Avrò visto 70 incidenti in quella scuola.
Questa è una foto di uno dei tanti poveri che, ancora oggi, rubano elettricità a Città del Messico. Attaccano i cavi alla loro casa e poi si arrampicano per agganciarli al sistema centrale, ma spesso rimangono elettrizzati.
Questa foto è stata scattata su Avenida Chapultepec e Calle de Monterrey a Colonia Roma. Lei era una giornalista molto famosa che ha scritto dei libri molto belli. Quel giorno aveva dato una festa di lancio per uno dei suoi libri. Era tutta truccata e vestita bene perché stava andando a prendere sua sorella per portarla alla festa. Attraversando la strada, due macchine si schiantarono e la travolsero. Questa foto è bellissima perché lei è tutta truccata e non sembra morta anche se lo è.
